I recommend people avoid booking via Viagogo, as I booked tickets to FC Bayern Basketball and got denied entry to the game. I had to buy new tickets at the venue, which informed me that Viagogo is not an actual partner nor authorized to sell FC Bayern Basketball tickets.

this really has to be a joke.

my order number, 61718****, has even been confirmed to me several times by viagogo. this company seems like a complete farce to me. i would call what's going on with the ticket prices here a complete rip-off. the ticket price in relation to what i paid viagogo is simply unacceptable, even a 500.00 difference.

unbelievable! i will never order any tickets from viagogo again.

i will tell everyone i know about this rip-off. thanks for nothing!

Ich habe schon dreimal mit ihnen telefoniert, und bis heute ist nichts gekommen.

We bought tickets and three days before the concert, we received a link for the tickets to download, but it did not work. We were told by support that it would activate on the day of the event, and of course, it did not.

We called support again, and they sent us five times the same link, which also did not function. The workers at the stadium told us it was fake, and now I must take legal action.

Ive purchased several tickets for various concerts at Viagogo and there were not any problems till now. It was not possible to open the tickets for Billie Eilish last weekend in Cologne.

I contacted several operators from Viagogo but unfortunately none of them could help us.

It was just a waste of money, time and nerves My daughter and I are very disappointed with this team. Now Im trying to get my refund.

Die Tickets für die Veranstaltung wurden nach Veranstaltungsbeginn verschickt. Ich verlange eine volle Rückerstattung für die schlimme Zeit, die ich durchmachen musste, selbst für die Anreise aus einer anderen Stadt und die damit verbundenen Kosten.

I receive some Tickets for a concerto of Zucchero. I didn' t unverstanden that the price was so different..ipayd a lot Tickets that were cheaper!

Ive been reassured by them that I would definetely see the act I had bought tickets for. Theyd told me to wait until 5pm so that they could organize different tickets.

At 5pm I get a mail saying we couldnt find any other tickets but you can cancel your booking and get back your money. Well thanks for making me hope for nothing. After Id gotten that mail at 5pm, I wasnt able to reach anybody via phone anymore because customer service closed at 5pm.

The concert was supposed to start two hours later. We couldnt go.

My two over 600 tickets did not get delivered, and we drove for nothing to Cologne and slept there. This cost over 400, and we stood in line for over 20 hours for just nothing? And Viagogo did nothing and did not provide any other tickets for other shows or something else as their apology.
