In Ihrer letzten Nachricht vom 25.3.2025 versprachen Sie angelegentlich meines betrügerischen Kartenkaufes, sich bei mir zu melden und die Angelegenheit zu prüfen. Angesichts des Vorgehens von Viagogo muss ich nun annehmen, dass nicht nur der Verkäufer der Karten, sondern auch das Unternehmen selbst in betrügerischer Absicht handelt und versucht, mir hier Karten anzudrehen für eine Veranstaltung, die es gar nicht gibt.
Ich erwarte, dass ich mein Geld von der Bestellung 55731**** zurückerhalte und werde dann die Karten zurückgeben. Redlich, never ever Viagogo.

Betrayal, not able to solve the problem that was generated by presenting the false date
Tickets Unheilig were presented for 4th of June 2025, when the tickets arrived the date on the cards was the 4 th June 2026

Am 12.04.2025 hat Hr. Dr.
Ibrahim 2 Konzertkarten für das Konzert am 23.05.2025 von Eric Clapton in London zu 591,17 gekauft. Die Kreditkarte von Hr. Dr. Ibrahim mit den 0575 wurde am 14.04.2025 belastet.
Leider hat Hr.
Dr. Ibrahim eine falsche Mailadresse angegeben, so dass Ihre Bestätigung nicht angekommen ist.
Ich bitte daher um Überprüfung der Angelegenheit und um Richtigstellung, damit Hr. Dr. Ibrahim auch am 23.05.2025 nutzen kann.

Viagogo used UPS to deliver my tickets. The tickets never arrived.
In numerous attempts to investigate with UPS, they clearly pointed at the sender as their only legit point of contract to trigger investigations or respond to with according results.
After a total of 15 calls and 8 supervisor escaltions with Viagogo's support, they sit on a "UPS tracking says it has been delivered" and don't comply to do anything from their end, not even triggering the investigation at UPS.
I am lost in the void of UPS not regarding me as a respected customer and Viagogo giving a literal shizz about whether I even got my order. Unbelievable.

Mistakes with tickets
I have a problem with my tickets, which I bought on 2nd March for the concert on Sabrina Carpenter which held on 19th March in Berlin. On the day of the concert (19th March) when I tried to check my tickets on your side, unfortunately I push button sell on your application, but immediately informed that I don't like to sell my tickets and that nobody from viagogo inform us. For that reason I like to give me information how is the procedure to refund my cost, because we haven't received the tickets in the first place

Ticket-Rückerstattung.
Guten Abend, wir haben für das Spiel Mainz-St. Pauli am 22.02.25 zwei Eintrittskarten gekauft. Als wir am Stadion ankamen, wurden wir nicht eingelassen, da die Karten nicht gültig waren.
