Mein Ticketkauf Bocelli in Mannheim 14.10.2023
Ich habe das Problem mit Viagogo mehrfach mit schlecht deutsch sprechenden Mitarbeitern erörtert und wurde inkompetent behandelt. Thema: Ich habe Konzerttickets für 530,40 Euro gebucht und dies Tickets auch mit Mastercard bezahlt, bekam aber niemals eine Buchungsbestätigung geschweige die Tickets zugesandt.
Den Ticketpreis habe ich bis heute nicht zurückbekommen. Daraufhin habe ich die Kreditkarten-Organisation informiert und Betrugs-Anzeige bei der Polizei veranlasst.
